Covering over 21,000 square meters, our modern manufacturing base is a benchmark in the rugged devices & Printing Solutions sector. Integrating cutting-edge technologies, it achieves high-efficiency and high-precision production with an annual capacity of 5 million+ units, capable of handling both large bulk orders and customized small batches while ensuring on-time delivery even during peak demand.

The base’s rational layout divides into component processing, assembly, quality testing, and warehousing zones, optimizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies.

Equipped with reliable power supply and backup generators to avoid production disruptions, this large-scale infrastructure underscores our strong manufacturing capabilities and supports meeting global customers’ diverse industry needs.

Technology

Located in our company building, the 2,100-square-meter laboratory space, equipped with over 220 sets of experimental testing equipment, ushers in a new era of technological advancement. 

This facility provides comprehensive support for terminal technology innovation from a research and development perspective. Within the supply chain, standardized sampling inspections are conducted on materials and ordered products before delivery to ensure the high quality and reliable safety of products reaching customers.

The joint laboratory boasts multiple specialized laboratories, including an environmental reliability lab, an OTA anechoic chamber, an optical anechoic chamber, an ESD testing lab, an XR R&D lab, a static reverberation chamber, a CE testing lab, an RF shielding chamber, a comprehensive lab, a near-eye display lab, an optical lab, a display module testing lab, and an imaging and display lab. The lab encompasses hardware and software, theory and practice, aiming to build a comprehensive and robust research and experimental platform.

Our products undergo rigorous testing before delivery to our customers. Ruggedized product testing differs from conventional computers, ensuring the performance and stability of industrial tablets in all aspects. These tests are essential for industrial tablets.
